How are the bikes shipped to my address?

All bikes are professionally packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes. They arrive 85% assembled; you will typically only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the included tool kit.

What is your return policy for cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutrition products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Do your bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, every bike sold at Bike Village comes with a full manufacturer warranty. Frame sets usually carry a limited lifetime warranty, while components are typically covered for 1-2 years depending on the brand.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Do you offer international shipping for parts and accessories?

We currently ship bikes within the continental United States, but we offer worldwide shipping for all apparel, components, and accessories via DHL and FedEx.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Affirm for high-performance bike purchases.
